Log into your Pie Matrix account and navigate to 'Order History' to select the item you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Hardware
Ensure the device is factory reset and securely packed in its original packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories to qualify for a full refund.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the exterior of your package, ensuring any previous shipping labels are fully covered.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the unit's condition at our processing center, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
